Service details: the service you're requesting, any symptoms or notes you provide
Technical info: IP address, browser type, and basic interaction data needed to operate the site (no advertising trackers)

To schedule and perform your service
To contact you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, repair updates, follow-up)
To send you a quote and process payment for work you authorize
To keep service history for your vehicle so we can give better recommendations next time
To improve our shop operations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who has access

Our staff who service your vehicle
Our software provider (CarSignal), which hosts our booking and shop management system
Service providers we use to operate the business (SMS via Twilio, email via Resend, payments via Stripe). These providers have their own privacy policies and only access the data needed to deliver their service.
Government or legal authorities if required by law

California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. SMS and email

When you give us your phone number or email, you consent to receiving messages about your appointment, quote, and service status. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email. Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, invoices, repair status) continue while you have active service.

Data retention

We keep your service records as long as you're an active customer and for a reasonable period after (typically 7 years) to support warranty claims, tax records, and continuity of service. You can request earlier deletion of marketing data.

Correct anything that's wrong
Delete your information (subject to legal and warranty obligations)
